Mike is a world-renowned expert on manufacturing strategy and on the seafood sector and has recently been involved in a number of major international productivity projects. A key area of interest is Seafood Education and Research, he is a UN advisor to FAO in Bangladesh on Seafood Education and Research and as a UNIDO advisor in Indonesia and Pakistan on Blue Economy and Seafood Value Chains including Seaweed, Tuna and Aquaculture certification. Mike is the past CEO of the Humber Seafood Institute and a founding member, as well as past Head of Research and Development at Grimsby Insititute.
Mike is Vice-President of the World Network of Productivity Organizations, a Fellow of the World Academy of Productivity Science.
Mike is the author of a number of books and many journal articles,and is a regular keynote speaker at international conferences.

Dr. Abrol obtained a Ph.D. degree in organizational psychology from University of Delhi, and a Ph.D. degree in International Business from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade. He is a Certified Trainer by Auckland College of Education, New Zealand, and a Certified Management Consultant by International Council of Management Consultants Institutes, U.S.A.
Dr. Abrol started his career as a Lecturer for Post-Graduate courses in University of Delhi. He worked for 25 years in the Power and Telecom sectors in management support functions; He was responsible for developing innovative management practices, including creating an Indian model for R&D management. Dr. Abrol worked for five years as Director General, Consultancy Development Centre of Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India, where he was involved in policy development, consultancy projects, education, training and publications.
Since 2011, he started to involve in multiple projects in skills development, including setting up a Sector Skills Council in Management, Entrepreneurship and Professional Skills.
Dr. Abrol has held position of Chairman/President/Director in various international professional organizations, including IFTDO, AHRD, ISTD, IMCI, and DMA.
He has authored three books and contributed papers/chapters in numerous books and journals.

Dr. Wang Jincai is Secretary-General of China Association of Productivity of Science.
He formerly served as the Vice General Manager of state-owned assets management company of Tianjin Economic and Technology Development Zone in China. Before that, he also served as Chairman of Golden Harbor Trust Investment Co., LTD, promoting company to be one of three best trust investment company in China. As the head of preparatory group of Beijing Science and Technology Venture Capital Fund, he organised to set up and manage the first science and technology venture capital fund in China. Once he served as the Deputy Director of the National Nanotechnology Industrialization Base, promoting and establishing National Nanotechnology Research Institute and the National Nanotechnology Testing Center of China. He also worked for Ministry of Civil Affairs of China as the Deputy Director, responsibilities including investment management of the Rural Social Fund of China.
He achieved Ph.D. of economics from Chinese Academy of Social Sciences at 1996. As a famous scholar of economics and finance, he has already obtained and published a number of research results in the fields of economy, finance and investment.

Since 2005, he acted as Director of World Confederation of Productivity Science and Vice President of World Academy of Productivity Science. Ms. Anita Y. Tang is Vice President of World Academy of Productivity Science. She is managing director of Royal Roots Global Inc., a business-strategy advisory headquartered in Chicago, U.S.A. She is publisher of China Call Report, a quarterly publication showcasing U.S. and China business news and activities.
Ms. Tang is a member of the board of directors of Adtones Limited, a U.K.-based media platform technology company, a member of the board of directors of World Confederation of Productivity Science. She is a member of the advisory board of the U.S.-based Asian Pop-up Cinema, an NGO dedicated to creating interest and awareness of Asian culture via film screenings.
Ms. Tang graduated Summa cum Laude from Loyola University Chicago with a BBA in economics. She also earned an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
At Royal Roots, she focuses on cross-border business-strategy advisory and is a frequent speaker in U.S. and Asia’s business, government, and academic communities. Her projects span over Asia, Africa, U.K. and Europe, North and Latin Americas. Her earlier career was in the financial industry – she traded the entire spectrum of instruments in the debt market and was a pioneer financial futures trader in Asia in the early 1980’s. She also traded financial futures contracts on the trading floors of SIMEX and CME from the late 1980’s through the 1990’s.

He formerly served as the Vice – President of the European Association of National Productivity Centres. He led Turkey’s process of full membership to the Asian Productivity Organization as the former Director General for Productivity for the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology for Turkey. Mr. Yilmaz has been serving the government since 1993, where he had experience in the fields of IT, e-government, privatization, government support to industry, public investments, project management and strategic management as advisor to the undersecretary and advisor to the state minister for economy.
He holds degrees for industrial engineering, economics and business administration. He is a fellow of the World Academy of Productivity Science.

Mr. Chen attained a degree in Economics from the Peking University. He was deputy director, Institute of Economics at Chinese Academy of Social Sciences; chief editor, Economic Research Journal; chief editor, Mayors’ Reference Journal; and chief editor, Modernization Journal.
Mr. Chen’s research focuses on issues of industrial structure, economies of scale, and economic globalization. Some of his published works are: Introduction to the World’s New Technological Revolution, Experts’ Discussions on Knowledge Economy, Knowledge Economy Reader and Productivity Economics. Mr. Chen is also organizer of important academic and productivity activities, to name

In 2001, as the deputy director cum secretary general of the Congress Organizing Committee, Mr. Chen successfully hosted the Beijing session of the 12th World Productivity Congress. He edited and published “The Creation of Wealth through a System of Connected Economies” detailing Congress activities together with a
collection of essays about productivity.

Québec’s Delegate General in New York
In December 2014, Jean-Claude Lauzon was appointed Québec’s Delegate General in New York, the province’s top ranking position in the U.S., responsible for eight states including the Mid-Atlantic and Washington, D.C.
In this role, Mr. Lauzon is responsible for promoting Québec’s excellence and building strong partnerships between Québec and the Mid-Atlantic states in the areas of trade, investment, government relations, education and culture.
Prior to his nomination, Mr. Lauzon worked as an industrial psychologist and corporate director. Most recently, he served as vice president, Canada at the executive search firm Korn Ferry. From 1980 to 2003, he held various managerial positions at Ernst & Young including managing partner of technology and consulting services. Previously, he served as director at Rourke, Bourbonnais & Associates.
Mr. Lauzon was also a member of an advisory committee of the Québec Manufacturing Fund, and served as chairman of the World Confederation of Productivity Science and vice president of the Montréal Heart Institute Foundation’s board of directors.
In 1988, in recognition of his contribution to the development of psychology, he received the Noël-Mailloux Award, the highest distinction given by the Ordre des psychologues du Québec.
A graduate of Université de Montréal in industrial psychology, Mr. Lauzon holds a diploma in corporate management from McGill University.
